BLOOD ON THE LEAVES

🏃 What are you willing to do for your survival?

Losing Kara was the beginning of the end for Faren. It was a springtime infection where stories about people returning from the dead gathered.

By summertime, there was a whole new world where the dead did not stay dead for long. It all started very slowly, with dead people rising after two days. There was time to burn the bodies, but then it turned into one day.

Eventually, it turned into a few hours, and then right after contamination, people would drop dead. The number of dead was overwhelming, even with the help of the military. Luckily, Faren was one of the humans left who was immune to infection.

She decided to go into hiding, never wanting to be found by central command. Eventually, she was discovered, and a choice had to be made.
